Introduction to technological innovation of hydroxyl radical aqueous solution


1.Based on the principle of fluid mechanics, a spiral dispersion device with variable pitch was designed and invented, coupled with iron based catalyst for decomposition, which can make the gas-liquid phase reach nano-level dispersion. Coupled catalytic decomposition greatly improves the dissolution of ozone gas in water, and the ozone water concentration can reach more than 20 mg/L in 1-5 seconds (the maximum is 1-3 mg/L in conventional aeration).

2.The concentration of 10 mg/L high concentration of hydroxyl radical water can kill up to 99.99% of Bacillus giant and Bacillus subtilis in 1-2 seconds, and can efficiently decompose aflatoxin and antibiotic molecules.
