低温等离子除臭设备利用低温等离子体、活性氧、氢氧根离子和自由电子与破裂的恶臭分子即时的发生反应,产生水和二氧化碳为主的*终产物。这种处理废气的方法的关键优势在于它具备了通常情况下只在730摄氏度才能发生的氧化反应,反应迅速且只有很小升温。这样的处理过程几乎感觉不到升温且能耗较低,低温等离子体的氧化技术节能显著。

The key advantage of this method of treating waste gas is that it allows oxidation, which normally occurs only at 730 degrees Celsius, to occur quickly and with very little warming. 控制原理

NTP系统主体包括:控制柜、变压器柜和电极柜;其中电极柜内设有全套放电设备;控制柜内包含全套电气控制元件;电极柜为尾气净化区域。

系统还包括:电源监控模块及臭氧监控模块;

电源监控模块主要用于采集变压器柜输出的电源信号的参数信息和各电极板组的电流信号;在电源信号的参数信息发生异常时,断开变压器的供电,并发出报警信号。

臭氧监控模块可采集处理后尾气的臭氧含量数据,并可根据臭氧含量控制变压器柜调整输出的电源电压大小,从而起到减少能耗作用。

The system also includes: power supply monitoring module and ozone monitoring module;

The power supply monitoring module is mainly used to collect the parameter information of the power supply signal output by the transformer cabinet and the current signal of each electrode group. When the parameter information of the power signal is abnormal, the power supply of the transformer is disconnected and the alarm signal is sent.

The ozone monitoring module can collect the ozone content data of the treated tail gas, and adjust the output power supply voltage according to the ozone content control transformer cabinet, so as to reduce energy consumption.
